Rates

Our B&B offers three guest rooms, all comfortable and large, with queen-sized beds and private baths, amid the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of this old historic home. Rates are the same for all rooms Thurs-Sun nights.

2 night minimum requirement for weekend stay (Fri/Sat)

Room rates quoted are double-occupancy.

Rates do not include sales tax - an additional 12%.
There is a $30 charge per extra person (more than two persons) in the Garret Suite.

Our last day of business will be December 31st, 2022.

Policies

Booking a Room

Please call or email us to inquire about making a reservation. To reserve a room, we require personal contact information and a credit card number. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, travelers checks and cash for payment.

Check-in Times

Check-in time is 3 p.m. Please notify us, if possible, as to your estimated arrival time. If you will be arriving later than 9 p.m. please call so that we can guarantee your room. Check-out time is by 11 a.m. date of departure.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least one week's notice prior to date of arrival in order to avoid incurring a cancellation charge of $100; for multiple rooms reserved, two weeks' notice is required. Cancellation within 72 hours will result in a full night's charge. This cancellation policy applies to Gift Certificates as well.

Additional Policies

We welcome children 12 years of age and older.
Sorry, we do not allow pets.
Our Bed & Breakfast is strictly a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
We require a two-night minimum stay most weekends.
There is a $10 charge plus postage for forwarding belongings that guests leave behind.
